I am a culture observer who had experienced life in different cities. Living in several places have make me a person who is always curious, inclusive, empathy.

About Design

When I arrived in a new city, I like to observe local life and think about the possible reasons behind it. It can be history, culture, globalisation, etc. As a designer, I wish design can make the world better with less discrimination.

During goldsmiths,

I explored theories about design, sociology, anthropology, etc. Through these knowledge and case studies, I learnt a lot about "why" and "how" the society works.

At this stage, I was fully focused the design perspective. And I worked with different kinds of designer. All these experience about design help me know more about my identity as a designer.

After aapd,

I do not see things only in designer's perspective anymore. I realised the importance of considering the business value when creating a product. And I have been learning to communicate with other roles like PM and engineer.

About Web Development

I mainly build responsive website in Webflow. And I learn quite a bit about HTML & CSS which help me to know more about the concept of building website, the possibility/ creativity I can experiment with in new projects.

Learning more about development not only helps me to keep balance between reality and creativity, it also helps a lot when communicating with front-end engineer or other roles in the team.
